Easy Smoothie Recipes for Weight Loss

Having the right ingredients when making delicious, filling and fat burning smoothies not only helps with weight loss, but supports digestion, hydration, detoxification and overall health. When choosing ingredients to make recipes for healthy smoothies for weight loss it is best to use organic fresh fruits and vegetables (preferably) or in powder from. Green Tea and Spinach Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with antioxidant and very energizing. No need to worry about the taste of spinach in this recipe; by the time you add all other ingredients and had made the complete fat burning smoothie, you won’t be able to taste the spinach.

Ingredients:
2 cups Green Tea (cooled) —————————->  0 calories
1 cup seedless Grapes (preferably frozen) ——> 110 calories
1½ cup Spinach ——————————————->  10 calories
2oz Squeezed Lime/Lemon ———————- —->  16 calories
2 cups Cantaloupe (peeled and seeded) ———>  106 calories
Ice Cubes (optional) ————————————–>  0 calories
Stevia, to taste (optional) ——————————->  0 calories

Steps:
Pour brewed green tea or green tea liquid into blender. Add grapes, spinach, squeezed lime/lemon and cantaloupe. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and stevia to taste (optional). Again blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

 

Radish Greens Smoothie

A lot of people over look or throw away radish greens/leaves, but radish greens are the most nutritious part of the radish and is full of more antioxidants. Although nutritious, radish greens may have a bitter taste but that flavor can be hidden by the fruits in this healthy smoothie.

1 tbsp. Goji Berries ————————————–>  18 calories
1 tsp. Maca Powder ————————————->  20 calories

Steps:
Pour filtered water into blender. Add strawberries, radish green, apple, goji berries and maca powder. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and stevia to taste (optional). Again blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

 

Creamy Peach Mango Green Smoothie

This is a nutritious and filling weight loss smoothie recipe with a tropical and luscious taste.  Enjoy this creamy sensation that is super easy to prepare.

Steps:

Power smoothies made with berries are truly nutritious, delicious, energizing and refreshing to the mind and body. Anyone will enjoy this smoothie. Kale and spinach often taste bitter but you won’t be able to taste them in this smoothie. A very good smoothie for weight loss.

Steps:
Pour almond milk, pure vanilla extract and grated ginger into blender and blend until ingredients are combined and smooth. Add blueberries, spinach, raspberries, kale and strawberries. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and stevia to taste (optional). Again blend until smooth. Serve immediately
